Requirements

  • Proven expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent observational skills for process and product improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products and processes.
  • Flexibility to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week.
