About Our Team

This is a specialized data analyst position that focuses on product usage analysis, defining key metrics, and supporting A/B testing to help drive business growth.

  • Analyze user behavior to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities for improvement by leveraging available tools and data.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments to provide actionable insights.

Data Modeling & Instrumentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate tracking requirements to ensure accurate data collection.

  • E nsure accurate data collection through various tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Monitor data quality and work with teams to resolve inconsistencies and improve overall data integrity.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses to prioritize product opportunities.
  • Help inform product roadmap and feature decisions with quantitative impact and user need considerations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS or B2B tech environment and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
