Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with various data sources, reporting tools, and collaborating closely with business analysts and data engineers to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom-built solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to develop and maintain ETL processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, SAS Base, and SAS EG for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
