Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager is the core operational function of our organization. This role coordinates team activities, optimizes automation, and ensures exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Balance workload, manage performance, and handle employee relations.
  • Project Management: Own cost management and profitability analysis for assigned projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical work meets company standards before delivery.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Team Coordination: Balance workload, manage performance, and handle day-to-day employee relations.
  • Project Management: Own budget tracking, cost management, and profitability analysis for assigned projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical work meets company standards before client delivery.
  • AI System Management: Partner with IT Technicians to optimize chat system and routing logic.
