Job Description">

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Administrator to support our HR Manager in ensuring smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain personnel records and handle the full cycle of recruitment process including selection and offer of employment
  • Support the HR Manager in various capacities such as work pass administration for foreign employees and leave management
  • Prepare HR reports, handle claims and provide office support
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution
  • Good command of English and Chinese language
  • Organised and able to follow structured work procedures
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors
  • Comfortable with HRM and office software such as Microsoft Works and Excel
