Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our properties.

  • Oversee leasing activities, including marketing units, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Utilize property management software to track tenant records, process payments, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services to ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in property administration, proficiency in property management software, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple properties or tasks. Must have knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property regulations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally. You will also prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics to drive business growth.
