Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will play a critical role in securing and managing our digital identities and access to critical resources.

This is a challenging opportunity for a technical expert who can actively support our security posture by integrating applications, resolving complex access issues, and driving efficiency in our day-to-day IAM processes.

You will be responsible for handling advanced administration, integration, and support for our Microsoft Entra ID environment. This includes serving as an escalation point for complex identity and access issues, managing application integrations for Single Sign-On (SSO), and providing expert consultation on Azure IAM services.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage IAM solutions to ensure secure access to organizational resources
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading IAM technologies and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on IAM-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IAM-related issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, including administration, integration, and support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Azure IAM services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
