Carrier Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to fill the role of Carrier Compliance Specialist. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our carrier network's accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers.
- Audit and update carrier data in our MyCarrierPortal systems.
- Validate carrier insurance coverage for legitimacy and adherence to regulations.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Cultivate relationships with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details.
- Maintain digital records and compliance files in an organized manner.
- Bachelor's degree (additional certifications in data entry/administration preferred).
- Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
