Job Summary

The Admin Support Specialist plays a vital role in managing employee data, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollment.

  • Process eligibility changes for employees
  • Send enrollments to carriers via email, fax, or system uploads
  • Follow up to ensure updates were successfully completed
  • Audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections

As an ideal candidate, you possess excellent organizational and data entry skills, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Sorting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs). You are also familiar with MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel. Additionally, you have a college undergraduate or graduate degree and 1-2 years of administrative experience.

Key Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration (preferred)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
  • Familiarity with various carrier systems and portals
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone, and fax
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
  • Experience in auditing and discrepancy resolution
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of compliance and benefits regulations (a plus)
