
Remote Academic Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Manager to support our College Team members, consultants, and clients.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with education, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to produce quality research and present it in a comprehensive and systematic format.
You'll handle individual student cases, as well as all college admissions-related tasks and requests made by the clients.
Given the niche nature of our industry, candidates can expect thorough training, resources developed specifically for the role, and regular feedback from supervisors to help them grow both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
- Research Expertise: Conduct high-level research under the Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs. Maintain accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity in all research deliverables.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements.
- Operational Support: Coordinate and oversee daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consultants, written emails and messages with clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
