Senior Property Investment Analyst

This role will provide a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the success of our acquisition and finance teams. The Senior Property Investment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and preparing presentations to support investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation decks and reports to support executive team discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition and financing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • MBA degree is advantageous.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
  • Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
