Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our healthcare account team, covering areas such as revenue cycle management, client-specific protocols, and best practices in account management.
  • Assess the training needs of individual team members and tailor your approach to ensure optimal learning and skills development.
  • Monitor the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve training materials and methods, staying up-to-date with industry trends and client requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the healthcare account team on complex issues or challenges.
  • Maintain detailed training records and documentation to track the progress and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the healthcare or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address training gaps.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of revenue cycle management, best practices, and emerging trends in healthcare account management.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom-based, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
