Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while building lasting, strategic relationships.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for managing and growing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies.
  • You will source and sign new agents in strategic international markets.
  • You will conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications.
  • You will travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • You will monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • You will track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools.
  • You will participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and hit KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
