As a key player in our forward-thinking Revenue Operations team, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to transform data into strategic decisions and drive growth.

  • Uncover market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence
  • Power targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-driven insights
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance metrics, and early deal risk
  • Optimize lead routing and engagement using platforms like Salesforce
  • Predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns
  • Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics
  • Serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics
