Research Analyst Position

This position is focused on driving business growth and client success through comprehensive research strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to develop insightful reports and presentations for clients.
  • Create primary research instruments, including survey questionnaires and focus group discussion guides.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy research results and ensure client success.
  • Manage the collection and synthesis of data across the social PESO spectrum.
  • Utilize media listening/aggregation platforms to conduct competitive intelligence, sector analysis, customer values, market segmentation, and new product development research.

Requirements Include:

  • Five or more years of experience in research categories and models.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience in customer surveys, research, and analysis, as well as measurement principles in consumer research.
  • A results-focused approach and ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful positioning strategies.
