Power BI Architect

Overview:

We seek a skilled Power BI Architect to design, build, and optimize data visualization tools that enable public-sector and non-profit leaders to make informed decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least three years of experience in data analysis who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by creating impactful tools.

  • Create and adapt visualization tools that bring together various data sources.
  • Develop compelling visualizations using business intelligence software.
  • Clean, standardize, filter, and transform data to create datasets ready to be analyzed and displayed graphically.
  • Draw insights from large datasets and tell a story using data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a role focused on data analysis including SQL/relational databases.
  • Experience working with datasets in various conditions/formats.
  • Strong foundation in SQL and excellent data-wrangling skills.
  • Passion for developing high-quality, user-friendly visualizations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have expertise in Power BI (and optionally Tableau) and a strong understanding of data modeling principles. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
