Job Title

Data Strategy Specialist II Position Description

This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies across multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage ETL pipelines to ingest, QA, clean, transform, and visualize digital marketing performance data.
  • Create complex data visualizations and reports using platforms like Salesforce Datorama, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for both internal and client usage.
  • Provide input and guidance around data visualization and reporting structures.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in performance data.

Beyond your work as a Data Strategy Specialist II, you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Mentor and train junior team members on data best practices and tools.
  • Codify and share best practices across teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with MS Excel.
  • Proficient in SQL and cloud-based data management tools.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
