Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs and cloud services.
  • Create data models and perform complex calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization and usability of reports.
  • Conduct business analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M) and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and data governance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) experience.
  • Ability to deliver business insights and create engaging data visualizations.
