Key Account Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Professional to join our APAC Retail Sales team in Manila. In this role, you will handle inbound sales for retailers across the region.

You will be working closely with a diverse range of merchants to build strong relationships, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has great attention to detail, and can confidently engage with customers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions that add value
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximize account growth
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with:

  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organize pipeline
