Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Audit Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in the Asset Management industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Develop People:
    • Empower, monitor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
    • Identify development opportunities and training needs for high-performing managers
    • Conduct performance reviews and serve as a positive leader and mentor
  • Manage Business and Clients:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in the Asset Management sector
    • Actively support growth and quality initiatives
    • Enhance connectivity between teams and leverage good connections to identify more opportunities for work
  • Manage Quality of Service Delivery:
    • Identify sector-specific training needs and review current curriculum
    • Assist in organizing and providing technical training
    • Address service delivery quality issues and support exceptional service delivery action programs
Requirements:
  • Approximately over 10 years of assurance/audit experience
  • International experience of over 2 years is an added advantage
  • Asset Management, assurance experience with specific focus on Hedge Funds and Private Equity
  • Excellent project and people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build a positive work culture and live up to the organization's values
  • Ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues
