As a key player in our Financial Services division, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of business assurance processes. Your expertise will help prevent and detect control weaknesses that could lead to financial leakages, regulatory risks, and reputational damage.

In this role, you will create key risk indicators and analyze trends over time to identify early warning signals or indications of any issues or risk. You will also validate transactions to ensure the integrity of reports used in decision making and compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing assigned business assurance processes to identify opportunities for improving operating effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in the implementation of major new products and services to ensure that they adequately serve their critical business assurance-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with operating units across the organization to provide management assurance that key risk indicators and related processes are working as intended.

Key Requirements

Mid-Senior level professional with experience in business assurance, risk management, and process improvement. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field. Certification in Business Assurance, Risk Management, or similar fields is an asset.
