Job Opportunity: Key Account Associate
Job Description:We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can acquire new brands, identify potential clients, and develop customized offers tailored to each client's needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Acquire at least 5 new brands with a minimum of 2 branches each
- Utilize various channels to identify and pursue potential clients
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to engage and nurture prospective leads
- Set meetings with potential clients to introduce the company's products and services
- Develop customized offers and partnership onboarding schemes tailored to each client and their needs
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing client concerns and nurturing key accounts
- Collate and maintain organized information and keep track of client databases
- Collaborate with internal departments to address partnership-related concerns and initiatives
- Manage events, including government partnerships
