Job Summary

This role provides critical support to the recruitment team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR department, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, supporting HR operations, and facilitating a smooth workflow. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative tasks related to recruitment, including creating, storing, retrieving, and disposing of records in accordance with established protocols.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join First Sumiden Circuits Inc. as an HR Records Management Assistant. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to analyze and evaluate records will be essential in determining their retention and disposition status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and support HR operations.
  • Deliver administrative tasks related to recruitment, including creating, storing, retrieving, and disposing of records.
  • Analyze and evaluate records to determine their retention and disposition status.
  • Utilize technical skills to create, store, retrieve, and dispose of records in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in employee records/201 file management.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and evaluate records.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to ensure that records are accessible, secure, and compliant.
  • Technical skills to create, store, retrieve, and dispose of records in accordance with established protocols.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
