Nabati Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for the assigned area.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a branch or number of branches while taking accountability for reaching sales targets. You should also be able to supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals remotely. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and have experience using sales tracking software or tools. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate a high-performance sales team, as well as excellent communication and people skills, and an aptitude in problem-solving and a desire to work as part of a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
