Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Proactively resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and research skills.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately documenting interactions, processing claims, and guiding customers through available options.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints through active listening, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
  • Utilize CRM systems to retrieve information, track customer interactions, and document outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, asking questions, and clarifying customer needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by being approachable, transparent, and responsive.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible scheduling and availability to work varied shifts.
