Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled License Administration Professional to join our global team.

This role involves managing the entire software licensing lifecycle, from creation and delivery to updates and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a basic understanding of technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software licenses in internal tools: creation, updates, delivery, and closure
  • Process license requests from internal stakeholders or customers
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve licensing issues using system logs, internal tools, and collaboration with other teams
  • Document customer cases, actions taken, and final resolutions accurately
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, license administration, or a related administrative role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) with a strong customer service orientation
  • Basic technical understanding and analytical mindset
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in system and data handling
