Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a person who is experienced in managing highly technical Software Implementation projects from start to finish. The role requires someone who is self-motivated with exceptional project management and communication skills focused specifically on software systems and has a solid working knowledge of technology and preferably also has SQL database administration experience.

• Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.

• Coordinate between the IT team, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery milestones.

• Work with management to communicate project requirements for allocating technical resources across concurrent projects and work closely with the team to track progress against deliverables.

• Facilitate workshops across multiple countries in their time-zones to gather business and technical requirements, define scope, and prioritize delivery milestones.

• Produce high-quality project artefacts including business cases, risk registers, governance packs, and status reports.

• Apply Agile, Lean, and traditional project management methodologies to drive project outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations proactively, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and project outcomes

• Manage system installation, testing, data migrations and user acceptance testing

• Develop and execute training strategies for end users and system administrators

• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle

You will be a part of a close-knit team while also being able to work independently.

You will have a minimum of:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an IT Project Manager, delivering complex technical projects across cloud, and on-premises environments.

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Project Management certification (PMP Certification) preferred

• Exposure to multi-tier application architecture

• Experience with SQL Database Management

• Proficient in the use of MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Proficient in written and spoken English and are able to speak English in a professional environment directly with Clients and Internal Teams.

• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into documentation for a great User Experience.

• Organized and attention to detail.

• Great in time management and prioritizing to work toward a fixed deadline

• Dependable and strong internet connection and capable of working from home.

• While the majority of your time will be working normal business hours, from time to time you will be required to work on call during any time zone for our global client base. A willingness to be flexible in your working hours is essential.

• Understanding of financial services Compliance and Regulatory requirements

In addition to the above you may also have:

• Experience in the Financial Services sector working with Enterprise and Government Agencies.

• Experience with the software complying with the U.S. Federal Regulation F

• Experience with the Metro2 Credit Reporting format

• Experience with Azure

• Experience with coding skills for Visual Studio, C# .Net, Stored Procedures
