Marketing Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead a high-impact marketing function, driving awareness, demand, and customer loyalty.

This strategic leadership role combines hands-on execution with campaign management, messaging, and brand presence directly contributing to business growth.

As the marketing leader, you will shape the brand's positioning while aligning closely with business development and product teams.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth roadmap aligned to revenue objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate in the SaaS market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-driven approach.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
