Job Summary
This is a challenging opportunity to take on a critical role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of Workday Adaptive Planning and Reporting products, delivering optimized solutions to end users.

Responsibilities:
  • Coodinate workforce planning related activities with regional stakeholders and Global Adaptive team.
  • Liaise unresolved issues of local stakeholders to Global Adaptive team / Global Admin.
  • Act as subject matter expert and first point of contact to Regional Champions, People team and business for tool queries and issues.
  • Provide support to regional stakeholders in maintaining accurate data and transitioning from legacy systems to Workday Adaptive.
  • Assess new change requests by the supported division / region and raise to Global Adaptive Team or via Design Council.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Local Dashboards and Reporting Administration.
  • Work with Business analyst for local process documentation.
  • Organize and deliver reporting and training where necessary to supported region.
  • Actively engage and collaborate with regional stakeholders to determine key areas of improvement in existing processes related to Workday Adaptive.
  • Manage Workday Adaptive access of new and existing local users.
  • Oversee actual loads (Payroll and General Ledger) of the supported region and reconcile loaded payroll and GL data in Adaptive.
  • Manage outbound files from Adaptive to external tools like Hyperion.
  • Assist in Adaptive regular audit process to ensure accurate Adaptive access list.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc training to improve performance, process acumen and gain additional knowledge on HR Reporting and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements:
  • Necessary Experience: Moderate relevant experience.
  • Necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Necessary Skills: Workday Systems knowledge, Reporting Knowledge, Microsoft tools knowledge – such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Analytical skills and comfortable with numbers.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in managing reports and data analytics projects, Business intelligence development experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Financial Forecasting, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred Skills: Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance process, Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Knowledge of HR metrics, Risk and responsibilities associated with managing confidential data.
