Financial Operations Specialist

The role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate reporting.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
