Job DescriptionThe Process Improvement Officer is a strategic role responsible for evaluating and developing systems to operationalize business requirements using data-driven insights. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize processes that drive efficiency without compromising speed and quality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in applying engineering principles to design processes or systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions and formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
