Job Overview

As a Global Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include processing end-to-end Philippine payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring timely payment of statutory deductions.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in payroll and/or accounting, with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and Word. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting-related field is required. Excellent verbal and written skills, strong customer service experience, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process end-to-end Philippine payroll, including data compilation and support of the Payroll Team.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure timely payment of statutory deductions to relevant authorities.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and other additional inputs from Upstream.
  • Audit payroll registers shared by vendors and identify any discrepancies.
  • Finalize payroll before agreed timelines and pay employees on time.
  • Record relocation transactions, third-party sick pay, and process year-end activities.
  • Prepare and process year-end tax calculation and alphalist.
  • Provide reporting to management on issues, projects, and process updates.
  • Monitor deliverables and identify areas for improvement within the area.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc requests and team projects as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
