Casino Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Pit Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities of the casino gaming tables, including Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and related services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a dealer in these games, with shipboard experience preferred. They must also possess excellent mental arithmetic calculation skills, as well as the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school, as well as the ability to utilize customer service skills to satisfy guests in a manner consistent with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise casino gaming tables, including Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and related services.
  • Manage an international team of dealers positively and productively by motivating, developing, and managing employees as they work.
  • Ensure that all gaming rules and regulations are followed.
  • Utilize customer service skills to satisfy guests in a manner consistent with our standards.
  • Identify expense reductions through cost control and manage headcount within the area to support the vessel's business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a dealer in Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and other related table games.
  • Ability to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages.
  • Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations.
  • Ability to observe and recognize payout accuracy, dealer behavior, and related activities.
  • Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
  • University degree preferred.
