About the role

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our agile development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects. This is a contract position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  2. Coach and mentor development teams on agile best practices and principles
  3. Identify and remove impediments, roadblocks, and bottlenecks to team productivity
  4. Collaborate with project stakeholders to align and manage expectations
  5. Continuously improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and effective communication
  7. Track and report on team progress, metrics, and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master or in a similar agile coaching role
  2. Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies
  3. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficient in project management tools and techniques
  6. Experience in the information and communication technology industry
