Disaster Relief Agent Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in a disaster relief agent role.

Job Description:

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. As a disaster relief agent, you will play a critical role in improving the customer's experience during a difficult time.

  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our service techniques and systems to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
