Regulatory Support Specialist

Role Overview:
The primary role of the Regulatory Support Specialist is to provide administrative assistance to the Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth execution of all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and maintain accurate records of the Legal and Compliance teams' activities
- Support audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide operational support for the compliance program, focusing on process efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage contracts and agreements, including reviewing and processing simple NDAs
- Assist in the maintenance of internal legal and compliance tools, such as the contract management system
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Legal & Compliance principles and standards is beneficial
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to learn are essential
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well within a team environment
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment independently when required
Working Environment:
This role involves working collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective implementation of the compliance program. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex ideas simply and facilitate cooperation among team members.
