Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategic plans to uphold organizational standards and labor policies.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting and enforcing policies, as well as managing grievance processes effectively.
  • HR Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.
Requirements
  • Knowledge & Experience: Possess extensive knowledge of labor laws and experience handling comprehensive HR functions within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a Law degree being an asset.
  • Attributes: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, be proactive, and possess a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
