Job Title: Collections Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Collections Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including assessing creditworthiness, negotiating payment plans, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve disputes and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and execution of collection strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in collections processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or a related field, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding performance expectations.
