Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior on-site property managers to ensure best practices are followed across the team
  • Oversight of tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues
  • Assistance in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with on-site teams for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements
  • Compliance with lease terms, investigation of violations, and professional handling of tenant disputes
  • Supervision of vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordination with on-site property managers for larger renovation projects
  • Collaboration with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements
  • Oversight of properties' financial performance, including budgeting, tracking actuals to budget, and strategizing to maximize financial outcomes
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
  • Ability to work in US time zones and start within 2 weeks from job offer
