Quality Control Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Ensure timely submission of government-related documents, renewal of licenses, and certificates of product under relevant authorities.
  • Recommend new changes to standard specifications of products.
  • Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Oversee maintenance or repairs of laboratory equipment and ensure proper storage and disposal of retention samples, standard samples, and other related items.
  • Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Responsible for improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff for proper usage.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • In-charge for both existing and new product sample brought to third-party laboratory for analysis.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing for review and approval of changes in packaging materials.
  • Oversee checking all installed holding tanks and conduct final inspections of the service tank after it was cleaned.
  • Assist Sales Department in answering all queries of the customer about the products and act as customer service when problem occurs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist with at least 5 years experience as Manager/Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
