We're seeking a CX Design Manager to drive customer experience initiatives and lead our design team in delivering innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer experience design, with a proven track record of developing and optimizing customer journeys. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and using these insights to inform product and customer handling design processes.
The successful candidate will also be skilled in process design, UX/UI, and journey mapping, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of diverse customer segments. They will be proficient in data analytics and strategy management, and have a strong understanding of CX operations.

- Educational Background in Operations or Strategy Management or any related field
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Experience designer or related role in a FinTech or similar industry
- In-depth knowledge on data analytics, Strategy Management, and CX Operations
- Proficiency in Process Design, UX/UI or Journey Mapping, Strategic Thinking and Presentation Skills
