Financial Reporting Business Analyst Role

We seek an accomplished Senior SAP Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the implementation of our SAP 4 Hana adoption programme.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend their needs, and partnering with IT colleagues to refine requirements into specifications.

  • Defining business requirements for one or more functional area associated with the adoption of a new operating model aligned with the adoption of a new Ledger (SAP 4 Hana).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and managing them through a structured process to understand their needs, analyse problems, and capture their requirements.
  • Partnering closely with IT colleagues on the delivery team to refine the requirement into specifications, creating user stories and design solutions that can be executed.

Key qualifications include relevant experience in designing and documenting requirements for transformation programmes in Finance, experience with business/data analysis within financial services, and excellent communication skills.
