Senior Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our team in pioneering and industry-changing solutions via digital transformation, modern software development, and venture building.
This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to align with our values of excellence, integrity, professionalism, people success, customer success, and fun.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project scope is well defined and tracked.
- Gather and document requirements for IT Systems, Enhancements, and Features.
- Evaluate existing business solutions, identify requirements, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Bug Tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies.
