Job Title: Strategic Inventory Manager

We are seeking an accomplished strategic inventory manager to lead our supply planning and execution of key materials across all business units. This critical role ensures optimal inventory levels, uninterrupted supply, and alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage strategic planning and execution to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in supply planning functions.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration with Corporate Procurement, Business Units, and Suppliers to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement S&OP/S&OE processes, scenario planning, and risk mitigation strategies to drive business success.
  • Manage inventory targets, turnover, and non-productive inventory reduction to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Lead supply planning projects and initiatives to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • No less than ten years of experience in senior managerial roles in supply planning, inventory management, or production planning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MRP/DRP, BOM, ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan, WMS, etc.).
  • Excel in communication, stakeholder management, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid setup.
