Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team. As an Administrative Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven track record of success in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
