At TTEC, our mission is to create exceptional customer experiences that drive business results. We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Revenue Assurance Analyst.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll be responsible for all phases of revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts. You'll review contracts for billing set-up and proper revenue recognition requirements, identify and set-up appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates, prepare journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process, review and analyze revenue data, communicate with operations/client executive regarding revenue recognition requirements, and maintain process documentation and compliance with those processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract review for billing set-up and proper revenue recognition requirements
  • Identify and set-up appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates
  • Preparation of journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process
  • Revenue review and analytics of own account portfolio
  • Communicate with Operations/Client executive regarding revenue recognition requirements
  • Maintain process documentation and compliance with those processes
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years relevant experience with accounting, complex billing, collections and/or financial analysis
  • Experience with ASC 606 and telecommunications & call center operations a plus, but not required
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Ability to interpret complex contracts
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Very strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to work night shift
