Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our cross-functional teams. This role involves organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements across finance, sales, HR, and IT departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. They should be eager to learn, comfortable with evolving tools, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growing company.

  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
  • A can-do mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have
