Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the current and future business environment and systems landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing current and future business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Presenting detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Reviewing and evaluating proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
