Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies and establishing best practices for analytics. This includes reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights, and helping to deliver recommendations on how to continually improve our marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will support the consumer life cycle; including online conversion analytics, product profitability and pricing, customer behavior analysis and segmentation. Importantly, this role is a senior member of the analytics team and will bring strategic thought leadership and problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required. Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role.
  • Skills: Advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills. Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas, sophisticated analyses and metrics into a simple, actionable marketing strategy.
  • Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Excel. Experience manipulating large data sets and statistical modeling through R or Python.
