Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented team member to provide administrative support. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar management: Coordinate schedules, set reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meeting coordination: Arrange logistics, send invitations, and manage attendee lists.
- Task tracking: Use Microsoft Planner to monitor progress, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
- Travel planning: Book flights, hotels, and arrange transportation as needed.
- Research, communication, and appointment setting: Conduct research, communicate with stakeholders, and schedule appointments.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with calendar management, meeting coordination, and task tracking. Proficiency in Shopify admin and Printful dashboard is also desirable. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, have strong organization skills, and be able to problem-solve effectively.
